After Jio launched in India, Data plans of all mobile companies become very cheap in India. Many Companies facing very loss after Jio Entry.
Users Loss In Recent Months?
Airtel, Idea Vodafone lost many users in recent months, In may month Airtel Idea lost 94 lakh users. Jio gain 35 lakh users and BSNL gain 2 lakh users.
Data plans price was so much high before jio, now with the competition, many companies reduce their data plan price, but this was a loss maker for them.
What Sunil Mittal Said?
Sunil Mittal is the chairman of Airtel. Airtel company have nearly 27% market. Mittal said in its statement that, current plans is loss makers for them.
Users will have to pay 160rs for 1.6GB data. At the current users getting 16gb data in 160rs. It’s means 100rs per 1GB data. Many countries have big data price plans.
At that time average data price is 157, so airtel can raise this uptp 200rs in next 6 months. They can raise and carry this hike to 300rs, said by airtel chairman.
So Airtel Recharge Plans can be rise in next 6 months. Jio and bsnl gaining it’s users and airtel idea loosing it’s users. So this airtel move will be the big loss for Airtel.
Only Airtel Hike?
If bharti Airtel is rising it’s plans, so others companies also increase their plans. JIo, Idea and other telecom companies will also follow Airtel.

5G in India will launch in mid of 2021 In India. Trail an testing will complete on end of this year. 5G plans also going to high, but competition can reduce price.
